Today a colleague mentioned that the emails they sent，had messy line breaks，Upon checking, we found that Outlook automatically inserts line breaks in plain text emails，The default is 76 characters (38 per Chinese character)，And colleagues would press Enter to insert a line break roughly every 50 characters，Which results in odd-numbered lines having 38 characters，and even-numbered lines having 12 characters，若是使用 HTML 格式寄出，則沒有此問題。
如果要調整此「自動斷行」的字元數，可至「檔案」-「選項」-「郵件」，右邊拉到最下面，找到「郵件格式」的 “達下列字數時自動換列”。以同仁例子來說，只要將此數值調高到最高的 132 characters，即可避免問題。
