最近在整理一台 Windows 8.1 的 NB 時，過程有注意到只要跟「電腦設定」有關的頁面，該畫面都會開不起來，也就是在下面可以看到「電腦設定」的按鈕圖示，But I just can't click to maximize it。After completing tasks like Windows updates，The problem still persists，So I searched online for related information。

Windows 10上的印表機在移除後，有時會有個詭異的現象，在控制台裡的印表機已經看不到該印表機，但在文件中的列印選項裡卻還是可以看見，造成接下來不知道要用什麼方式才能移除乾淨。上網咕狗後，好在微軟還有提供工具可以協助診斷，是說近期微軟好像很喜歡用這種方式來解決問題，像要關閉Windows Update的特定更新也是要下載工具來達成。

同事一台NB在更新Windows秋季更新時，跳出一個”無法解除安裝這些App — Trend Micro Internet Security 2009″的訊息，上網搜尋結果，要到下面的機碼去清理乾淨，但接手這個問題時，該機碼已無相關值需要清理，後來總算在國外論壇找出完整的解法。

早上遇到一個問題，前晚在設定完Synology NAS的權限後，今天遇到有人反應開啟NAS上的檔案時，出現”目錄名稱無效”的錯誤，確認NAS權限沒問題後，就上網找資訊，有找到一位網友遇到同樣的情形，且看起來是Windows 10更新到1709後才發生，查看手邊的電腦，Indeed also 1709。

In Microsoft's permission design，there is”Remote Desktop Users”的權限給遠端桌面使用者使用，但實務上此權限常使一些應用程式無法完全正常操作，使得需開放”Administrator”權限給給遠端桌面的使用者，而User在使用遠端桌面時，有時會忘了自己在操控遠端的電腦，在要下班時，Maybe they just pressed the remote shutdown or reboot button directly，Causing the server to go offline。

Recently, the company's Windows 10 Notebooks have been having quite a few Wi-Fi issues，One of them would disconnect halfway through use，and afterwards could no longer obtain an IP address。Upon inspection，it was found that the wireless MAC address of this notebook actually changes，The next time it disconnected，inspection revealed the MAC address had changed again。

今天有台網域中的電腦，在更改”電腦名稱”後並未立即重開機，後來因故暫時離開而畫面鎖住，等要再登入時，畫面卻出現”伺服器上的安全性資料庫沒有此工作站信任關係的電腦帳戶”的錯誤訊息。

使用遠端桌面時，預設會把本機的印表機導向至遠端桌面工作環境，但如果有頻寬或其他因素考量而需關閉此功能，除了可以在User端連線工具去取消勾選，也可以在Server端直接禁用此功能。

如果使用遠端桌面的User有一定的數量時，會佔用到不少記憶體，因此可以在遠端桌面工作伺服器設定將已經中斷連線的使用者，在中斷一定的時間後登出，以節省伺服器資源。
