今天在安裝完 Windows Server 2019，準備變更金鑰來啟動 Windows 時，卻跳出金鑰錯誤的訊息，確認好幾次序號無誤後，針對錯誤代碼 0X80070490 (Or 0XC004E028) Go online to search，But could only find information related to Windows Update，Later, specifically for Windows Server 2019 I searched，And indeed found that many people abroad encountered the same situation as me，The cause is still not very clear，但解決方式不難，只要改以指令方式變更金鑰即可。
◎以系統管理員身分開啟命令提示字元，輸入指令
slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
◎之後再前往確認，Windows 即完成啟用。
