When installing .NET Framework 3.5 in the Add Windows Features of the Windows 10 Control Panel，If the 0X800F0954 error pops up，It could be that an internal WSUS server is enabled，And that server prevents you from properly downloading .NET Framework 3.5。

　　解決方法可以先關閉WSUS功能，直接透過官方更新。
1.執行regedit。

2.展開至HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU，將UseWUServer改成0。

3.將Windows Update服務重新啟動。

4.再次安裝.net Framework 3.5，裝完記得把UseWUServer改回1。
