這個情況已經是我第二次遇到，我想應該也有不少人遇到這個問題。解決方法很簡單，只要去微軟官方下載KB894391更新檔即可解決。造成這個問題的主要原因，更新檔的說明中有提到：「安裝此更新可以解決當您安裝安全性更新 MS05-012 後可能會導致顯示『一般主機處理序 (Generic Host Process)』錯誤訊息的問題，May cause issues where attachment file names in RTF email messages do not display properly。」
