開啟登錄編輯器，到下列路徑
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
找到UpperFilters及LowerFilters，將這兩個機碼都移除，重開機即可解決光碟機的問題。發生的原因，以我的例子來說，好像是因為灌InCD造成的，至於是否有其他因素，就不得而知了。
