公司的电脑不知道从什么时候开始，All CD drives are not working，A warning icon appears under Device Manager for all drives，Restarting the computer doesn't help，Even CD drives with additional SCSI cards behave the same，Today I searched online，Finally solved this problem。
Open the Registry Editor.，Go to the following path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
找到 UpperFilters 和 LowerFilters，将这两个键值都删除，重启即可解决光驱问题。发生的原因，以我的例子来说，好像是因为安装 InCD 导致的，至于是否有其他因素，就不得而知了。
