　　一般如果發生這個情形，可以檢查兩個地方：

　　首先在「我的電腦」右鍵選「內容」，選擇「進階」標籤，點擊效能欄位的「設定」。在「視覺效果」標籤底下找到「對桌面上的圖示標籤使用下拉式陰影」，請確認此項目有勾選。

　　如果勾選後，問題還是沒解決，請在桌面按右鍵選「內容」，切換到「桌面」標籤，點選「自訂桌面」，再點選「網頁」標籤。這邊請確認「網頁」裡頭的項目必須是沒有勾選的，若有勾選，將其取消即可，另若下方「鎖定桌面項目」有勾選也取消。
