VirtualBox可將本機端的目錄與虛擬端的系統做共用，也就是"分享資料夾"的功能，以達到本機—虛擬端檔案共用的目的，如果虛擬端是在XP系統下，可以下列幾種方式存取分享目錄。
方式一
開啟「網路上的芳鄰」後，點選左邊的「檢視工作群組電腦」，接著點上方的「上層」，也就是回到上一層，不是上一頁哦！此時可以看到"workgroup"工作群組
再點一次「上層」，會出現"Microsoft Windows Network"以及"VirtualBox Shared Folders"兩個網路
點進"VirtualBox Shared Folders"即可看見分享目錄
方式二
開啟「我的電腦」，點「工具」-「連線網路磁碟機」，在資料夾按「瀏覽」，依序點入"整個網路"-"VirtualBox Shared Folders"-"你的分享目錄"，按確定
將分享目錄設為一網路磁碟，方便下次存取

如果點擊「檢視工作群組電腦」時出現「無法存取workgroup…….」，請開啟XP內建防火牆例外清單的「檔案及印表機共用」即可。

把VirtualBox Guest Additions裝起來看看，在「裝置」-「安裝客端額外功能」

就我所知好像不能，事實上好像也沒有必要
這樣反而讓檔案結構限制在磁碟架構上(NTFS、ext等)
至於這麼做是不是就會讓速度快一點
目前我的HOST是ubuntu，GuestOS是XP
我感覺XP的開機速度似乎比直接裝要來的快呢~(沒實測)
