　　曾遇過有人反應，當回覆或轉寄郵件後，寄出的信卻出現在原本的資料夾裡，而不在寄件備份裡。如果有這種情形，需調整Outlook設定：

開啟Outlook，「工具」-「選項」-「電子郵件選項」-「進階電子郵件選項」，找到「回覆時在資料夾保留原郵件內容」，把前面的勾取消即可。

　　在XP環境底下要分享目錄時，習慣性只要在資料夾按右鍵選「共用和安全性」設定共用權限並且確認防火牆的「檔案及印表機共用」例外設定有開啟即可，而這是在一般環境的分享方式，如果網路環境包含一個以上的網段，You need to configure it first。

　　先前做郵件整理時，因重複收信，造成收件夾裡有大量重複的郵件，由於信件量極大，若是用人工方式慢慢檢閱刪除，將耗費許多時間，幸好找到一個免費好用的工具—Outlook Duplicate Items Remover。

　　Word提供包含開啟、唯讀等數種保護功能，其中也可針對部份文件進行加密保護的機制，讓對方只能針對特定的區域進行編輯修改。若有移除此防護機制的需求，又忘了當初預設的密碼，可以透過一點小技巧來移除保護功能。
