　　使用Outlook撰寫郵件時，若要夾帶附件檔案，在選擇「插入」-「檔案」後，會跳出一個「插入檔案」的瀏覽視窗。Recently ran into an issue，After opening this browser window，The data and some icons in the window all changed，經過交叉測試，Finally found the problematic file。

　　如果出現這個問題，請先將Outlook關閉，接著到 "C:\Documents and Settings\你的帳戶\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" ，找到 "outcmd.dat" ，將此檔案移除後，重新開啟Outlook，即可恢復正常。
