Previously encountered an issue，When opening an xls file，Excel shows 'Error sending command to program'，But if Excel is opened first，Opening the xls file again works fine。

　　解決方式，到「工具」-「選項」-「一般」，把「忽略其他應用程式」的勾拿掉，按確定即可。這邊是針對XP及2003的做法，如果是2007或2010，到「檔案」-「選項」-「進階」，取消勾選「忽略其他使用動態資料交換(DDE)的應用程式」即可。
