拿到一台故障的Fortigate FG-110C，裡面韌體本來是第4版，在更新第5版的韌體時失敗，導致變磚，在櫃子翻到Console線，就照網路的教學試著重刷韌體，運氣還不錯，最後有成功救回來，The following is a record：

最近跟子公司測試site to site VPN的功能，兩邊的防火牆廠牌不同，一為Juniper，一為Sonicwall，在設定完成後，看到VPN建立成功，本以為一切搞定，卻發生Juniper 端的client ping不到Sonicwall的情形，Sonicwall is strange but the client can ping right to Juniper。

前陣子公司開放行動裝置可自由使用wifi網路，在設定好相關網路設定後，實際執行卻發生設備在取得IP時，往往要等待很長的時間，有時還會超過一分鐘以上，Can not even get IP。
