同事使用Outlook 2013，已經有兩次在啟動時，畫面停留在「載入設定檔」，前一回上網找的方法都沒用，最後好只好重灌才解決，這回遇到，Searching online again to see if there are new insights，Finally found the explanation released by Microsoft，The main issue is related to the graphics card driver。
依照微软说明，當下列三個條件同時成立時，就有可能會發生這個問題：
- 電腦有兩個顯示晶片，一個是Intel HD 4000，另一個為nvidia的晶片。
- Outlook的使用硬件加速是启用的(默认即是)。
- Outlook 2013有更新到SP1。
所以最快的解决方式是把Outlook的硬件加速功能关掉， 即可解决此问题。
微软的教学是在启动Outlook时，同时按着CTRL键，要进入安全模式进行设置，在“文件”-“选项”-“高级”中可以找到“禁用硬件图形加速”，但实际测试时，在安全模式修改设置后，并不能真正应用，关闭选项窗口后再去查看，禁用硬件加速的选项又会被取消。
微软提到，在这里禁用后，不仅仅影响 Outlook，连同其他Office软件也跟着停用，That is to say，我们只要在Word或Excel停用，连带也会适用于Outlook。Therefore，接下来只要启动Word或Excel，同樣在「檔案」-「選項」-「進階」裡找到「停用硬體圖形加速」，將其勾選即可。設定完，再去啟動Outlook，就可以正常進入了。
另外一個解決方式，Just go online to update the NVIDIA driver，This is also the solution recommended by Microsoft，I tried using automatic search for Microsoft's online updates but couldn't find the update program，So this part may require downloading from NVIDIA's official website。
