Mom's birthday~time to cook!

Mom's birthday is at the end of this month,Due to various reasons,It is scheduled to be celebrated early this weekend。Unlike usual when the whole family goes out to eat,Last month I suggested that this time we don't go out,每人下厨做两道菜,如果真的做不出来,可以买现成的。

  由於老媽特愛吃雞肉,加上我總是嫌他煮的不好吃,因此我的第一道菜就決定做白斬雞。至於第二道菜則是某次在翻賣場的食譜時,看到了美味的滷白菜作法,先前在豬腳店吃過一次,超好吃的,遂決定以滷白菜作為第二道菜。

  方向定了後,就到楊桃網把所有白斬雞、油雞和滷白菜的作法看了幾次整理整理後做成筆記之後有去賣場時再翻翻食譜看看還有哪些作法一直到前一天晚上將本來已經整理好的作法以Google到的另一作法給取代,Nitpicking is just hoping to become famous in one go~ haha

Yesterday morning,The alarm woke me up at seven,Although I stayed up late watching TV until 2 a.m. last night,And couldn’t fall asleep until almost 3,But I still didn’t dare to oversleep,It wouldn’t be funny to oversleep! Everything proceeded according to plan,At eight, I went to the kitchen on time to start preparing the meal,Preparing ingredients、Boiling water, etc.。

下一道菜的食材~猪皮,要先泡三小时哟~泡完瞬间变三倍大

下锅煮啦~免得忙中出错,还做了小抄

泡完第一次温泉的主角

第二回合~加过料的温泉池

数十分钟后~香喷喷的鸡汤呀~完成!

此时已10点,Start preparing the ingredients for the next dish

Then we packed the two completed dishes,Rushed them over to Mom's place,When we arrived,Dad was guiding my older sister in cooking,Everyone was busy in and out,It was very lively,I didn't bring the camera over,So I didn't take any more photos afterwards。Finally, for the chicken part, Dad did the cutting,Because my skills haven't reached that level yet,If I were to cut the chicken, I think everyone would rather use their hands~ haha。

  最後品嘗的結果我煮的雞雖然略為多點味道但其實並沒有比老媽煮的好吃多少,鸡胸肉的部分味道还是没带进去,出乎我意料,但有了这次经验,下次要改善也有了目标。至于卤白菜的部分,口碑还算不错,总算有得到好评,只是晚上老妈加热时,加了一些蚝油,让整锅风味大增,大家瞬间感受到口味明显不同,于是~我又被打趴了,啧啧~没想到老妈会使出这招!下回我会讨回来的~
