公司某台电脑在执行Office时出现Windows安装程序错误的提示，即使要卸载也会出现相同的错误提示，更新Windows安装程序后也无法解决，上网查找了很久，终于找到了解决方法。
1.运行注册表编辑器，找到以下路径
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Installer\Products
2.Products下面会有几个由英文字母和数字组成的子目录，逐一点击，並看右邊的機碼，查看哪個子目錄是該程式所屬的目錄。以我的例子来说，我在第一個子目錄就可以在看到office字樣的機碼。
3.將該子目錄直接刪除，不放心的話可以先做備份
4.安裝office。不需要先卸载程序了，因为你在添加或删除程序里也找不到它
