Windows 系统的小时钟有一个与服务器同步的功能，系统内置的是“time.windows.com”和“time.nist.gov”两个服务器，通常如果你現在時間跟標準時間超過太多的話（好像是15小時），會出現同步處理發生錯誤的訊息，不過在正常的情況下，似乎也常常發生錯誤的訊息，而我們可以自行增設時間伺服器來解決這個問題。
1.開啟登錄編輯器，到以下目錄
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DateTime\Servers
在右邊新增一個「字串值」，名稱輸入一數值，如3，數值資料填入欲新增伺服器之網址
伺服器可在下面幾個擇一使用
time.stdtime.gov.tw
clock.stdtime.gov.tw
tick.stdtime.gov.tw
tock.stdtime.gov.tw
watch.stdtime.gov.tw
2.設定完畢後，即可在下拉式標籤看到我們剛設的伺服器，選擇後即可成功更新

Just change the value to 3600 (decimal)
This value actually represents the update cycle，The unit is seconds

After opening regedit，Go to the following path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient
Just change 'SpecialPollInterval' under this directory from '604800' to '86400'。
Note that this is in decimal!
