继有问题的PowerPoint更新档后，这回轮到Outlook也来参一脚，出问题的对象为Outlook 2007，症状是在打印时会出现‘所选的打印机出现问题’。您可能需要重新安裝此印表機。請再試一次，或使用其他印表機。

現下大多數的顯示Driver都有提供畫面旋轉的功能，包括Intel及nVIDIA等，但如果剛好用的是較舊的Driver或者其他因素導致無法旋轉畫面，這時就可以試試iRotate這個免費的小工具。

Outlook 主旨乱码，这个问题在 XP 以前的版本中应该经常遇到，尤其是多数企业经常与大陆有邮件往来，因此邮件编码的问题就经常发生。事实上，在查看邮件时，可以在"檢視"的地方自行選擇編碼，但是在收件箱列表里，只能以默认的big5查看，这也是导致乱码的主要原因。

上周有同事反馈无法打开ppt文件，经测试，該電腦開啟ppt檔時會出現「PowerPoint無法顯示 "XXX.ppt" Some text, images, or objects on the slides in the file，have been corrupted，affected slides in the presentation have been replaced with blank slides。the lost information cannot be recovered。to ensure the file can be opened with an older version of PowerPoint，please use[the Save As command]([File]menu)，to save the file with the same or a new file name。error message，a long string…。
