繼有問題的PowerPoint更新檔後，這回輪到Outlook也來參一腳，出問題的對象為Outlook 2007，病癥為列印時會出現「選取的印表機發問題。您可能需要重新安裝此印表機。請再試一次，或使用其他印表機。

現下大多數的顯示Driver都有提供畫面旋轉的功能，包括Intel及nVIDIA等，但如果剛好用的是較舊的Driver或者其他因素導致無法旋轉畫面，這時就可以試試iRotate這個免費的小工具。

Outlook主旨亂碼，這問題在XP以前的版本應該常會遇到，尤其多數企業多會與大陸有信件往來，因此信件編碼的問題就常會發生。事實上，在查看郵件時，可以在"檢視"的地方自行選擇編碼，但在收件夾的list裡，就只能以預設的big5檢視，這也是造成亂碼的主要原因。

上周有同事反馈无法打开ppt文件，经测试，該電腦開啟ppt檔時會出現「PowerPoint無法顯示 "XXX.ppt" Some text, images, or objects on the slides in the file，have been corrupted，affected slides in the presentation have been replaced with blank slides。the lost information cannot be recovered。to ensure the file can be opened with an older version of PowerPoint，please use[the Save As command]([File]menu)，to save the file with the same or a new file name。error message，a long string…。
