暌違了兩週，終於又踏上增肥鐵馬之旅
早上雖然是拖著疲憊的身軀起床，但騎上車後，整個身心馬上暢快了起來~
今兒個的目的地乃內湖河濱，由成功橋折返
我們先在社子歇息了好一會兒，結果兩個長舌公打屁太久
直到十點半才繼續前進，因此等到達基隆河畔時，已經整個是艷陽高照啦~
兩個人是又餓又熱的往未知的前方死命踏著
心中同時在煩惱著糧食跟水的著落…
終於在過了成美橋後，在疏散門微開的小縫中瞄到了「冰」
兩人二話不說馬上尻進去點了兩碗，邊吃邊老伯閒聊
吃完上路後，才發現成功橋就近在咫尺
考慮到折返後還是走河濱，八成也很難覓食
於是我們又很丟猴的回頭再去點了兩碗「冰」來當作午餐~~哈哈

這次全程共騎了94公里，好像是最長的一次
雖然都是平路，但回程時還是騎的很累
可能跟上禮拜沒騎也有關係唄~呵
