My impression dates back to high school,Whenever a cold starts with a sore throat,It always ends with a three-month-long cough,So I have always been afraid of colds that start with a cough,And my body constitution often makes seeing a doctor ineffective,Therefore, there were several years when I wouldn't see a doctor for a cold,後來又試了幾年會很乖的去看醫生,但效果還是有限。
咳嗽部份是最困擾我的,每次一咳就是三個月,看醫生吃藥也沒用,試過最有效的一間就是吃藥的那三天改善了,但第四天又開始恢復咳嗽,試過親朋好友們所提供的各種秘方,包含水果類、枇杷膏類等。說到枇杷膏,有次有位好心的同事說,臺北有間很有名的中藥房,Their loquat syrup is very famous,They make it themselves,Although expensive,It is very effective,It has even appeared on the news,So in the afternoon they enthusiastically scooped a spoonful for me to mix with warm water to try,Unexpectedly, this trial was tremendous,I instantly started coughing violently,Coughing almost made it hard to breathe,I had no choice but to awkwardly refuse their kindness。
A couple of years ago, due to busy work,I often worked overtime,Which led to an obvious decline in my health,有次感冒竟持續三個月之久(以往只是咳嗽三個月),期間看過中醫、西醫共就診八次,後來咳到有點見血了,最後的大醫院直接給我開抗生素才康復。而復原後的一個月,又再度感冒,雖然這次比較輕微,但竟也持續兩週,當下就感覺到自己身體出了很大的問題,似乎免疫力都沒了,The ability to self-heal seems to be approaching zero.。
After these two colds and medical visits,,I began to think about the treatment methods of Chinese and Western medicine,and what a cold really is.,There is a lot of information on this on the internet,,so I won't go into it.。Later I thought about it:,Given the condition of my body,,relying solely on Western medicine to mask symptoms,is not a solution,,and I’m also afraid that taking more and more medicine will harm my body.,最好要想出其他解決方式,來協助自己的身體康復。後來想到某次聽到一位護理師說,病毒絕大多數都是由口進入,而喉嚨的黏膜其實可以阻止這些病菌侵入,但前提時要保持濕潤,因此理論上是建議每十五分鐘就要喝一小口水,當下大家聽到都笑說「怎麼可能!」而當時我也笑笑著,沒多想什麼,卻沒想到最後這會成為讓我感冒不用吃藥,而讓身體康復的方式。
過了幾個月,我又感冒了,當天發病時喉嚨就很痛,便請假休息,後來想到了護理師的”理論”,心裡想著,既然喉嚨平常每十五分鐘需要就補充水分來維持濕潤,那我現在病菌已經入侵,我乘以三倍,每五分喝一小口水試試。於是用手機下載了TABATA的APP,設定每五分鐘提醒一次。另外也想起有某位醫師建議,感冒時的口腔病菌較多,可以透過刷牙來降低病菌數,因此我除了平常的早晚刷牙,在當天的中午12點、At 3 p.m.,、6I also brushed my teeth.。(轻轻刷即可,不然一天那么多次,会受伤)
实验从中午左右开始,我靠着床头看书,让身体尽量不要耗费体力,喝到下午四点,喉咙依旧很痛,但我持续喝水。到了六点多时,我发现喉咙的疼痛感似乎有在改善,之后从六点到八点期间,明显感受到疼痛指数在下降,八點之後約莫好了七到八成,雖然後面持續喝水到十點,也大概還有二、三成的疼痛感,但這已經讓我欣喜若狂,這麼多年來,這是我第一次抑制住喉嚨痛,更別說是在一天內抑制住。第二天起床,疼痛感已經只剩一、二成,而後我雖沒有每五分鐘喝水,但仍維持多喝水,不讓自己太累,就這樣,我竟然成功讓感冒好了,且完全沒有咳嗽。
這次實驗的成功,讓我很興奮,除了抑制住感冒,也表示對於自己身體的理解,在某種程度來說是對的,忽然有種一起抗戰勝利的感覺,哈。之後隔了幾個月,我又再度喉嚨痛開始的感冒,我馬上又請假休息,並依上面的方式協助自己身體自我修復,结果,一樣喝水喝到約莫在五~七小時時,喉嚨痛開始改善,第二次的抗戰,我與我的body再度勝利。
這個五分鐘喝水的方式,到目前為止我已經實驗了三次,三次都有成功讓感冒康復,且沒有咳嗽過。五分鐘喝水乍聽不難,但要持續真的真的不太容易,因此我都要靠書籍來度過這漫長的時間,如果你也有感冒喉嚨痛的困擾,或是同樣在研究怎樣不傷身的治療感冒方式,建議可以試試此方式,希望大家都能夠減少藥物的攝取,並成為自己身體的好夥伴。
