　　昨日在安裝新電腦，啟用Office 2013序號時，跳出一個「很抱歉，An error occurred，Unable to process your request at the moment。Please try again later。(0xC004C780)」，Then it jumps to the screen to choose online or phone activation。

　　尋求微軟協助，客服人員先是說要透過電話來啟動，過了好一會兒就回覆他們的啟動程式有問題，目前無法啟動。隔天我再啟動一次，就可正常啟動，因此如果有遇到此錯誤代碼，可以先詢求微軟協助電話啟動，或是隔一段時間再來啟動看看。
