Excel has a convenient feature for users to send files as attachments，Located at 'File' - 'Send To' - 'Mail Recipient'(As Attachment)」，Clicking this will invoke the mail software and place this Excel file into the attachment，Usually, it will call Outlook here，但前陣子遇到叫出來的是Windows Live mail。

　　若要調整被呼叫的軟體為Outlook，請先開啟控制台，進入「設定預設程式」中，點選「Microsoft Office Outlook」，接著可以直接在右下角選擇「將此程式設定成預設值」，或者進入「選擇此程式的預設值」，將「MAILTO」及「傳送郵件」勾起來即可。
