最近处理了一个少见的问题，当打开IE后，iexplorer.exe的使用率就直接飙到100%，尝试过以下几种方法：
- Disable all add-ons
- Restore IE default settings
- Clear all cookies and cache
- Turn off antivirus software
- Uninstall IE8，Revert to IE7
- Open only a blank page
- Enter Safe Mode
All the above methods are ineffective，Then log in as administrator，After logging in with a different account，The problem no longer occurs，Proceed to work on the UserProfile。
First, create a new UserProfile，Copy the files from the original profile in order，期間不斷的登出登入做測試，最後終於找到問題檔—UsrClass.dat，此檔位於"C:\Document and Setting\ID\Local Setting\Application Data\Microsoft\Window"。網路上對於此當的資訊並不多，查到的僅是很籠統的說明是使用者設定檔，但我將其改檔名後，並無發現有任何設定值跑掉，但卻可解決IE loading滿載的問題。
開啟IE造成CPU使用率滿載的原因有很多種，如果試過上面幾個方法皆無法解決的話，倒是可以對UsrClass.dat下手試試。
