先前有写一篇「设置HP 5130 EI sFlow (流量监控)传至 inMon sFlowTrend的文章，当时是子公司 VPN 网络发生异常状况，请 VPN 厂商检视路由器后，查出是一個很基本且常用的服務佔用頻寬導致，當時就在想如果能夠自己進行查詢，就可以缩短整体检查维修的时间。上网查询相关信息后，尝试了几个免费的 flow 软件，最后选择了 sFlowTrend 这个相对简单且实用的工具，而当时安装完后，因为网络问题已排除，So there was no chance to understand the actual effect。
Windows 10上的打印机在移除后，有时会出现一个奇怪的现象，在控制台裡的印表機已經看不到該印表機，但在文件中的列印選項裡卻還是可以看見，造成接下來不知道要用什麼方式才能移除乾淨。上網咕狗後，好在微軟還有提供工具可以協助診斷，是說近期微軟好像很喜歡用這種方式來解決問題，像要关闭 Windows Update 的特定更新也是需要下载工具来实现。

今天遇到一个比较少见的问题，某份带有表格的Word文档在打印时，其中一个栏位的文字会消失，经过测试，不论是实际打印出来，还是保存为PDF或XPS都会有问题，但是改用Word 2013和2007打开后打印，就没有问题。
