A very specific problem has been resolved，The operating system is Windows 7 64bit，The browser is IE 10，The main issue is that IE cannot be opened。When starting IE，IE will hang，After a while，會出現"com surrogate 已經停止運作"，Then IE will automatically close，而在执行大多数的程序时，也都会顿一下，接著出現"com surrogate 已經停止運作"，按下关闭后，该程序才会接着启动。
在Windows操作系统中，
Outlook在‘搜索文件夹’底下有个‘未读取的邮件’，默认会加到‘我的收藏文件夹’里，如果这个目录在收藏夹里找不到，在搜索文件夹下也不见踪影，那就要手动加回了。
