今天 CPU 的风扇声感觉特别大，一开始没有注意程序的问题，尝试使用 indicator cpufreq 调整，但仍未改善，后来才注意到是 desktopcouch-service 这个程序导致 CPU 满载，而且每隔一段时间这个程序还会不断重复执行，到后来就会看到一堆 desktopcouch-service 在运行中。

虽然是写11.04，不过印象中几年前好像也遇过一次，开机时会跳出一个窗口，要你输入密码解锁，看起来好像没什么，但每次开机都会出现，就很烦人了，即使选择了登录时自动解锁也没用。

I cooked the three-color eggs tonight following the TV instructions，They look okay，But I still don't really like the taste of salted eggs，If I get the parts with more salted egg, it doesn't taste good，Otherwise, it's fine。Later I thought I shouldn't leave any leftovers,，so I ate them all at once，But I only realized near the end，Oh my! I ate seven eggs in one go..

为了延续环岛培养出来的热情，这周选择了五分山来骑行
这次除了廖肥外，还有铁人阿诚的参与
考虑到阿诚的旧疾，本想让他骑到十分再看看是否要上山
最后阿诚还是上了，铁人果然名不虚传
